We strive to ensure that all customers are happy with their orders, however if for any reason you are unsatisfied in any way please follow our returns policy below.

- If we are unable to resolve it our returns policy is as follows:
Customers have 21 days from the day their order is recieved by them to contact us for a return.
Once we have ackknowledged your return the item must be sent via recorded delivery, and arrive back with us, within the allocated time frame of 21 days.
Postage must be paid by the customer.
